Congratulations on arriving at the next level of your professional career.  Passing the NCE exam was a great feat.  Selecting an LPC Supervisor is an important part of your professional growth.
I've been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2011.  My experience includes working with at risk-youth who have struggled with depression, anxiety, suicide ideation, and grief as a crisis counselor.  I also worked in Community-based Mental Health Programs providing services to children.  I am play therapy trained and enjoy using experiential techniques in supervision.
